JAYNIC Investments Ltd has appointed Jason Newman as Construction Director to oversee the company’s expanding construction portfolio.
Newman will manage all future construction projects undertaken by JAYNIC Developments Ltd including its two flagship schemes at Haverhill Research Park, Haverhill, and Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, ensuring delivery targets are achieved.
Newman joins JAYNIC following senior positions at Regal Homes, Bowmer and Kirkland and Kier.

Haverhill Research Park can accommodate up to 450,000 sq ft of business space while Suffolk Park can take up to 2m sq ft of business, distribution and industrial space.
