Jaynic Breaks Ground On SP47 Warehouse At Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds

Developer Jaynic has broken ground this week on the third unit within phase three of its warehouse development at Suffolk Park, Bury St Edmunds, to be built by contractor Parkway.

The 47,000 sq ft speculative warehouse unit will cater for the strong occupier demand in the region and is due to be completed in December 2022.

Companies taking space at Suffolk Park to date include Weerts Group (Skechers/Bleckmann), MH Star UK Ltd, Unipart Logistics, Treatt, Sealey and The East of England Ambulance Trust accounting for approaching 1.75m sq ft of space.

Suffolk Park offers prospective occupiers bespoke buildings on a design & build basis alongside a rolling programme of speculative development.

It is located within one hour of the Port of Felixstowe, the UK’s largest container port dealing with 42% of Britain’s containerised trade. In 2015 it was ranked as the 37th busiest container port in the world and Europe’s 6th busiest.
