The development will comprise a 76,000 sq ft warehouse pre-let to Hermes Parcelnet Ltd, together with a 160,000 sq ft speculative warehouse to cater for the strong occupier demand in the region, both of which are due for completion in August 2022. These units form part of phase three of the 2.3m sq ft Suffolk Park development.

Companies taking space at Suffolk Park to date include Weerts Group (Skechers), MH Star UK Ltd, Unipart Logistics, Treatt, Sealey and The East of England Ambulance Trust accounting for approaching 1.75m sq ft of space.

Suffolk Park offers prospective occupiers bespoke buildings on a design & build basis alongside a rolling programme of speculative development.

It is located within one hour of the Port of Felixstowe, the UK’s largest container port dealing with 42% of Britain’s containerised trade. In 2015 it was ranked as the 37th busiest container port in the world and Europe’s 6th busiest.
