Following extensive consultation with local residents and stakeholders, JAYNIC secured outline planning permission for a carefully designed scheme of 183 homes, with Bellway emerging as the successful purchaser following a competitive tender process.
The development comprises 167 new-build private and affordable homes, with the original school building being converted into 16 characterful apartments. The development will also provide a sports pitch and changing rooms, public open space, a children’s play area and extensive landscaping.
