Jaynic are acting as land promoter on this 41 acre prime site west of Cambridge on the A14 Boxworth junction, to the south of Cambridge Services. We are promoting the whole site for B2 and B8 employment uses, with a significant proportion subject to a draft allocation in the emerging Greater Cambridge Local Plan.
