JAYNIC appointed as development manager
Masterplan currently being worked up.
Infrastructure to commence during 2021
Buildings can be constructed alongside infrastructure works enabling occupation from early 2022.
National and local agents appointed.
The masterplan layout is being worked up and the largest building on site could be 1,000,000 sq ft, with roadside uses alongside the A14 frontage and headquarters/office/R&D campus style buildings within the enterprise zone; from 3,000 sq ft upwards.
JAYNIC has been selected by Mid-Suffolk District Council’s wholly owned Gateway 14 Limited as its development manager for a 2.3 million sq ft business, logistics and commercial development. Gateway 14, adjacent to Junction 50 of the A14 at Stowmarket, Suffolk, is midway between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
JAYNIC is aiming to submit a planning application by the end of 2020 and then install infrastructure and carry out a phased development of the site. Infrastructure will commence in 2021 and buildings can be constructed in parallel to this enabling occupation in early 2022.
