LAND PROMOTION

Shepherds Grove was previously allocated for employment use but following a public consultation, a site wide masterplan has been adopted by West Suffolk Council.  Jaynic is pursuing a detailed planning permission for a new road and significant employment development. Jaynic has sold 68 acres to Copart, subject to planning and infrastructure delivery for use as a vehicle storage and processing centre.
