Shepherds Grove was previously allocated for employment use but following a public consultation, a site wide masterplan has been adopted by West Suffolk Council. Jaynic is pursuing a detailed planning permission for a new road and significant employment development. Jaynic has sold 68 acres to Copart, subject to planning and infrastructure delivery for use as a vehicle storage and processing centre. A professional team has been assembled and an EIA / planning application will be submitted in Q3 2022.
A further 10 acres in four plots will be available for development of buildings from 10,000 sq ft to 80,000 sq ft.
