Fast growing software development company Snowing Data is the first company to take space with a 452 sq ft unit at The EpiCentre, in Haverhill, that opens this November.

In addition, Burrows has set up SKC Games Studio that will also be based at The EpiCentre and is developing an original AAA game franchise with a story that is fictional with a non-fictional context.

Strategically located near Cambridge and part of the South Cambridge Business and Technology Cluster, The EpiCentre is ideal for growing business. Onsite and nearby amenities include restaurants, a nursery, landscaped lake and jetty, retail stores, petrol station, ATM and car wash.
On completion, The EpiCentre will have over 60 office suites available from 17sqm (172 sqft) up to 78sqm (840sqft) including three flexible shared laboratory spaces with access to specialist equipment.
