The steel framework is going up for the Epicentre innovation building at Haverhill Research Park

The foundations and drains are complete. Now the skeleton of the the EpiCentre innovation centre at Haverhill Research Park is underway with the erection of the steel framework commencing directly adjacent to the ‘Spirit of Enterprise’ roundabout on the A1307.

The Epicentre will open for business in November 2020. This immediately gives a feel for what a landmark presence this building will have at the Gateway to Haverhill.

The 30,000 sq ft centre to be run by Oxford Innovation the biggest operator of its kind in the UK, will have over 60 office suites from 17sqm (172 sqft) up to 78sqm (840sqft) available to hire for as little as three months on a fully inclusive rent, together with breakout spaces, meeting and conference rooms and a café open to the public. The facility will appeal to start-ups, companies seeking satellite offices near Cambridge and Ipswich and corporates looking for flexible expansion space.
